On Monday Nov. 21st we experienced a back up of our sewage system which resulted in closing our business for the day. A plumbing company that was recommended to us, came to take care of the issue. At 4pm the plumber left to call his supervisor for help and never came back. The Landlord arranged for another plumber to come at 7pm. This plumber appeared to be tipsy and the Landlord sent him away. We arranged for Robert to come the next day at 6:00am (as a special favour to us). Robert had the issue solved within 2 hours and we were open for business by 8am. THANK YOU ROBERT! This is the second time I have called Robert from Plumbing Authority Inc. This time he replaced an old toilette, changed the faucets in our bathrooms and replaced the shower in the master bathroom. He's professional, doesn't leave a mess and even takes away the old toilette instead of leaving it at the side of the road like our neighbours experienced with their plumbers.
